WATER COLD CHILLERS

SRS Cooling water cold chillers are designed in wide range from 1 TR to 50TR, there will be a hot water tank in our system from where the water is being pumped through the evaporator, gets cooled to the required temperature and sent to the user department. There will be a temperature indicating controller which controls the temperature of the chilled water. The system working is controlled by the set point of the temperature controller to stabilize the chilled water generated to the required level. Fresh water is used freely for cooling production processes.SRS Cooling chillers will maintain the temperature range from 5˚ C To 30˚ C ± 1˚ C capacity from 450 Kcal/Hr to 150000 Kcal/Hr, 3 LPM to 650 LPM with different flow capacity. Water or other liquid from the chiller is pumped through process or industrial equipment specially for the plastics industry uses process chillers to reduce cycle times in injection molding and blow molding by regulating temperatures.

AIR CHILLERS

SRS Cooling Air chillers, manufactured for electrical and electronic control panels like CNC panels, telecom rooms during the operations as those machines will dissipate heat. Air chillers controls the heat and maintains a precise temperature, relative humidity and dust free environments for the panels.Flexibility of design and product adaptability. Air Chiller units are individually constructed to meet your exact specifications. Our Air chillers units are available in 0.25 Ton To 10 Ton Capacity and Portable, Vertical, Horizontal, or Remote systems available.

SEA WATER ONLINE CHILLER

Sea water online chillers control the temperature of the seawater. Thus, the temperature of the seawater is sent to the chiller at about 34°C and heat exchange takes place through a plate heat exchanger. Then the seawater is discharged at 2°C. The discharged water reaches the collection tank. The collection tank can collect 1000 to 12000 liters of seawater per hour. This chiller is specially designed for industrial use.

BRINE CHILLERS

SRS Cooling Systems Brine chillers are engineered for demanding process of fluid cooling applications and incorporate the latest in industry leading design ad control. Brine chillers will maintained temperature range from – 40˚ C To + 30˚ C ˚ ± 1˚ C, capacity from 3000 Kcal/Hr to 150000 Kcal/Hr with different flow capacity. Specially these chillers are commonly used in bulk drug manufacturing, diary, Milk chilling center, food processing industry, beverage industry, chemical reactor jacket cooling applications etc.

GLYCOL CHILLERS

Glycol chillers are closed-loop systems. The coolant circulates continuously without coming into contact with the outside world. Since the system is sealed, there is no water loss from evaporation and the glycol coolant stays clean, uncontaminated, And does not create fouling or scaling. A closed-loop system is incredibly effective and durable.Closed-loop systems are less expensive to build since they require less pumping power. Through tubing attached to the input and output parts of the chiller, the glycol coolant is pumped. It is important to make sure that the correct mix of antifreeze fluid protection is put in the chiller for effective performance.

MEDICAL CHILLERS

Medical chillers are the most important device used to manage water of glycol temperatures to achieve the optimal medical equipment system temperature. PROCESS CHILLERS

SRS Cooling process chillers are manufactured with small chilled water tank, evaporator, process pump and refrigeration system to cool the water altogether fitted into one bracket. The chilled water at decided temperature will be pumped in to the process in a closed loop system.The food industry uses process chillers to cool any process such as chocolate manufacturing, vegetable processing, meat massagers/injectors and confectionery manufacturing, Plastic Injection Molding, Pet Blowing, Aluminum Die Casting, Laser Welding, Ultra sonic Welding, Induction Hardening Machine, Food Processing, Pharmaceutical and Laboratories application, Dairies etc,. If the water temperature differentials between inlet and outlet are high, then a large external water tank would be used to store the cold water. In this case the chilled water is not going directly from the chiller to the application, but goes to the external water tank which acts as a sort of "temperature buffer." The cold water tank is much larger than internal water tank.

LIQUID CHILLERS

Evaporator will facilitate use of internally enhanced high performance tubes and permits liquid to be circulated at high velocity through the tubes resulting in greater heat transfer and higher operating efficiencies. Because anodizing process generates a lot of heat, cooling is a must, particularly for hard coating processes. Liquid Chillers will do most of the work, removing process heat using either an air or water cooled chiller. Air cooled units are generally installed outside, and eliminate the need for a tower.Water-cooled units are the most efficient method, particularly in warmer climates. They are installed inside a building with a cooling tower outside.

SODA CHILLERS

The Soda Chiller /Beverage Chiller is a device used for the operations of Soft Drinks or Soda factory. The function of the chiller is based on cooling efficiency which can maintain the temperature up to 2 – 4Deg Celsius. A number of directives have recently emerged to safeguard both the quality of the soda being utilized (for health reasons) as well as the discharging of impure water into the environment (to protect the environment) for the industrial user. Heat Exchanger and evaporator which are used in our soda chillers are manufactured with the food grade SS304 &SS316L which has high efficiency. This saves 30% in energy consumption which is compared to the internal coils.

BEVERAGE CHILLERS

Beverage Chillers manufactures with food grade SS 316L , 304 Grade heat ex-changers in evaporator side, by using high-efficiency heat ex-changers, our chillers save up to 30% in energy consumption compared to internal coils. This chiller is specially designed for Beverage Factories, where the liquid temp should be maintained +2˚C ±0.1˚C resolution before enter in to the carbonator. Then only the product batch production CO2 mixing in the water uniformly. OIL CHILLERS

SRS Cooling Oil chillers used for applications such as hydraulics, cutting, lubrication, broaching, honing, quenching, etc., also helps as a cooling media in other words, the heat dissipated during the process is carried away by the circulating oil, now this oil needs to be maintained at a certain temperature range to retain its physical and chemical properties.Oil chillers will maintain the temperature range from 10˚ C To 30˚ C ± 1˚ C. capacity from 450 Kcal/Hr to 150000 Kcal/Hr from 5 LPM To 200 LPM with different flow capacity. Hydraulic power pack, fluid cooling for machine tools like Milling Machines, when the metals are cut the friction causes heat to build up in the recirculated cutting oil, by controlling the cutting fluid temperature, greater accuracy can be achieved because thermal expansion and contraction of the material is eliminated.

PORTABLE CHILLERS

Portable Chillers are manufactured with small chilled water tank with evaporator and process pump, refrigeration system to cool the water altogether fitted in to one bracket the chilled water at decided temperature will be pumped in to the process in a closed loop system the heat will be absorbed by the chilled water and come into the tank. It will be recirculated for various applications as detailed given below. Portable chillers will maintain the temperature range from 5˚ C To 30˚ C ± 1˚ C. capacity from 450 Kcal/Hr to 150000 Kcal/Hr from 0.5 LPM To 120 LPM with different flow capacity.
